A beautiful space to create, dream, play, instruct and just be... a quirky single story studio with cathedral ceilings inside the 35deg roof, clad with salvaged corrugated iron and weatherboards, quietly nestled in the rear of an existing property.

APPROACH & OUTCOME

A relatively tight construction area with overhead powerlines along the street entry - a safety first approach of constructing the roof on the ground and lifting into place saw a fast framing stage...
