The Lavington Square Shopping Centre (in NSW) was a full refurbishment of existing amenities within the active shopping centre. The scope included full demolition strip out including hazardous materials– on-the-fly amendments to a very basic concept plan to suit existing conditions and project delivery within an extremely tight time frame. Many of the required products had lengthy procurement lead times and the lack of ramp up time for the team meant an inability to book trades in at the busiest time of the year.

A massage and natural therapies D&C fitout within Wodonga Plaza.

A high-end restaurant fit-out including full commercial kitchen, bar with beer reticulation, seating area and outdoor dining space.

Wodonga Plaza Mall Works (Victoria) was an architect designed mall redevelopment project with warm shell works for mini-major tenants space (Best & Less, Cotton On and Rivers),  new food court and mall terrazzo works. The works were conducted in a fully operational shopping centre.
